At Habitat ReStore GTA, we want you to be satisfied with your unique finds while supporting affordable housing in our community. Due to the donated nature of our inventory, most items are sold as-is, but we offer a limited return window for select products to ensure your peace of mind.

Ensure your item is eligible for return within 14 days of purchase; items must be in the same condition as when they left the store and accompanied by the original receipt.
Visit a Location
Bring your item and proof of purchase to any Habitat ReStore GTA location during regular operating hours to initiate the return process.
Inspection Process
A ReStore associate will inspect the item to verify its condition and ensure all components are present before approving the refund or exchange.
Receive Your Refund
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, or issued as store credit which helps continue our mission of building homes for local families.
